I accept credit and debit card payments as well as Etsy gift cards. If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has shipped and I'll refund your complete payment to you. However, think carefully before you buy, as once it's shipped it's yours!
Shipping
All of my items ship from Tacoma, WA. I package everything carefully with love and a mixture of recycled and new materials.
My plastic use is purposefully minimal, however jewelry over $50 ships in a small plastic cube. Please include a note with your order if you prefer a plastic free experience!

Returns and exchange details
In the sad, sad event your item arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as you receive it, send me photos and I'll see what I can do.
I try to describe all items as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Please note that due to monitor calibration colors may appear different to the human eye in person.
Once you've received your item it's your treasure to keep forever! This means no returns.
I do my best to right any wrongs that may occur and keep the world a loving and fair place for everyone- please return the favor! :)

All made to order listings require at least 2 to 3 weeks for production time, however there is a 10% rush fee if you need to expedite an order.
Please contact me directly before placing an expedited order to make arrangements. I create all of my work by hand, from scratch and it is a time consuming process, therefore not all orders are eligible to be rushed.
